You must first call or email customer service to arrange the cost.

Customer service will provide you the cost to be added to your order.

Enter the cost as the QTY and then click "ADD TO CART". (for example, a QTY of 20 will add $20 to your order)

The amount entered will be added to your order as the extra custom order charge.
