15 day Hassle Free Return Policy
Returns must be post marked within 15 days of original delivery date (or Jan.15 if ordered in Dec.)

  • Unused items, with all of the original tags intact must be post marked prior to 15 days of original product delivery (or Jan. 15th if ordered in Dec.) to receive a full refund of the item cost. Items returned without original tags attached may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • You must follow the steps below before returning an order. A Return address will be emailed to you once the Return Request has been submitted.

To Return a Purchase

1. Sign In to your account: Account Sign-in using the email address that you used when you made your purchase.

2. Click the link entitled need to return this product next to the product on your account page.

3. You will then be shown a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Within minutes you will receive an email with specific instructions on where and how to ship the return item.


Refund requests - will be processed within 72hrs of the item being received. Refunds will be made in the full amount of price paid for the returned item. Credit card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase.

Exchanges - We do not send exchanges but we will refund your shipping if you place a new order. You must place a new order online for the replacement item you want prior to returning the original. We will refund your shipping charges when we receive your returned item (standard shipping). You must include a note with your return that indicates your new order #.
